Correct table

A third of the season has already passed, and the judges remain the most popular participants in the Russian football championship. They scold, accuse, expose, dedicate lines from the classics and banally threaten them - and not that it was completely groundless. Refereeing errors significantly distort the standings. “Sport Today” encourages its readers to participate in the restoration of justice - through the blog “Correct table”.

In this blog, “Sport Today” invites readers to decide for themselves in an episode that influenced the outcome of the next Russian Championship match. The judges are mistaken - someone still can’t forget Pettay, but someone really wants to count Jo’s goal in the match against Spartak. To all the fans who are tired of the referee’s insecurity, we give a chance to see the championship table as it really should be - don’t assign the referee that unfortunate penalty, don’t count the goal from an obvious offside, he’ll notice that the ball crossed the goal line.

After each round on the blog “Correct Table”, one or two controversial episodes from matches played, possibly accompanied by videos, will be submitted to readers. By voting, you can restore justice and admire the alternative table, where the result of the survey will be reflected. In addition, in the next week and a half we will analyze all the injustices of the previous rounds.

The rules are extremely simple: unassigned penalties count as scored; if the team scored from an incorrectly assigned “standard” - the goal does not count; a goal from an incorrectly recorded offside finds its place in the protocol. An incorrectly shown (or not shown) red card does not affect the result of the match, but its cancellation / award brings moral satisfaction to the fans who are unjustly offended by the judges.
