The Chairman of the Accounts Chamber, Alexei Kudrin, said that in 2017, many violations were revealed in state-owned enterprises, and 40% of them are related to the activities of Roscosmos, Interfax reports.
“The total amount of violations, deficiencies of income and use of funds was 1.865 trillion. This is almost twice as much as in 2016 and 3.5 times more than in 2015. I must say at once that 760 billion of this amount is a violation of accounting in Roskosmos. Including the results of these inspections, criminal cases are also opened, ”Kudrin said at a plenary meeting in the State Duma during his presentation of the 2017 annual report on the activities of the Accounts Chamber.
According to the Accounts Chamber, 43.6% of violations of the total problems found in Roskosmos are accounting violations. Another 32% are violations in the formation and execution of budgets.
In February 2018, it was announced that Roskosmos had paid its debt to the Ministry of Finance in the amount of 46.9 billion rubles. Prior to this, the corporation was recognized as the worst of all debtors, since out of 52 billion rubles. debts she paid a total of 9.5 billion rubles. Meanwhile, in 2017, the state corporation received from the state budget 138 billion rubles. This is significantly less than in 2016, when the state transferred RUB 201 billion to Roskosmos accounts, but the amount is still huge. Expenditures planned for 2018 amount to 129 billion rubles.
