After the
article about professional burnout , there were many questions in the PM and in the comments about where to read more about the hardware, how some schools of psychotherapy differ from others and how to choose a specialist.
This post just try to answer everything. A couple of months ago for the students of our
School, we launched a line of master classes on burnout. They invited not just those who are able to cheerfully and incendibly speak (this we ourselves are able to), but, above all, psychotherapy professionals, who for many years have been working successfully with happy owners of burnout syndrome:
1. Dmitry Kovpak , Candidate of Medical Sciences, President of the Russian Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CPT), Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the North-Western Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov.
2. Alexey Demyanenko , psychotherapist, head of the City Psychotherapeutic Center of St. Petersburg, head of the regional branch of the Russian Psychotherapeutic Association.
3. Natalia Dzeruzhinskaya , Doctor of
Medicine , Psychiatrist of the highest qualification category, Professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Medical University named after A.A. The pilgrim of Ukraine. Over 30 years of experience in mental health.
4. Maria Berlin , organizational psychologist, trainer, corporate psychologist of RTK MTS CJSC (2015-2016), teacher of Imaton Institute, author of the training program “Working with emotional burnout - an integrated approach”.
As a result, we have accumulated five master classes (video under the cut). Videos were initially available only to our students. But once the topic was relevant for Habr, they decided to put it all out - use it for health.
Disclaimer: This is a total of 10 hours of video. In our experience, the Habr format is still texts. There was an idea to decipher and edit all these videos, but this would have lasted for a month. And the topic seems to be relevant - so we decided to speak quickly so that those who have questions did not wait for us with transcripts. (If, by the way, there is a desire to help with decoding - write in a personal, we will be grateful.)

"
Speaking of emotional burnout, usually have in mind the experts, the essence of which are intensive interaction with other people. However, in the modern world, people are forced to work with ever-increasing flows of information, in changing conditions and contexts, which greatly expands the group of “burnout” roles and professions, among which the topic of executive burnout occupies a special place. Alas, it is a shame to fade in our culture - it sounds like “I didn’t manage,” and especially in business culture. This is one of the reasons why burnout is more often found at the final stage, when it leads to professional stagnation, sabotage, illness, and complete apathy.
A huge role in this process is played by systemic, organizational factors. And this is good news - you can influence whether the organization will contribute to the efficiency or burnout of its employees. Using the experience of a corporate psychologist in 2 organizations and an external consultant, Maria tells us what to look for, how the organization of business processes, the company's culture, and everything else affect the fade resistance.

Friends, we hope, in these videos you can find more of the material and get answers to the questions that arose after reading the
first article . At the same time you will be able to look at the specialists live, and, perhaps, start working with them. Or not to work - here everyone decides for himself.
We are thinking of starting a separate course in the fall with some of these experts on the topic of resource availability. But it will definitely be in the framework of the
School 7.0 annual training program.
Good luck! Keep in touch.
