After receiving the status of a registrar, the flow of orders to REG.RU fell, and the hoster offered to transfer domains to himself for free to increase the number of accepted domains, actually working at a loss as the transfer between registrars became paid and the registry takes money for each domain.
REG.RU did not like this behavior of their partner and they decided that in order to “maintain a high level of quality of service”, they would take the domains to their service and inform the users about it.
