Thus, the A-class corresponds to a room with an area of at least 100 squares, with a backup power supply channel, a “cold corridor” and an emergency fire extinguishing system. In addition, there should be a fire extinguishing system, security and around-the-clock service.
Often these “hotels” are located on the territory of power plants, which allows to get electricity at a discount, as well as to reduce the length of the power transmission line to a minimum. The cost of equipment is quite ordinary room - from a million rubles.

He also points out that just six months ago, such areas surrendered to 15 thousand rubles a month.
The business of creating and commissioning mining hotels has become highly competitive, with miners gradually occupying all the free areas where equipment could be placed. Probably, in the future, the demand for a maning farm will increase even more.
